My diet brings me a lot of nutrients, I have superfoods everyday and I complement with chlorella, Pau d'Arco and some magnesium at the moment. ... My breakfast is replaced with a smoothie containing a liver detox powder, a few pieces of fruits and a nut milk or oat milk as a base (it is actually filling and q uite good)....
